Good rain jacket

I needed a rain jacket I could wear in the summer months. This jacket does a good job of keeping me dry. Plus, it folds up small into a backpack or frame bag. The material is breatheable and the high vis yellow is easily seen by cars and other cyclists. The zipper seems made well enough to last a few years. For the price, this jacket can't be beat. Highly recommended. I usually wear a large, so I bought an XL. XL size fit me perfect.

Light and compact so I keep it in my bag all the time. Runs small so order one size larger than normal.

I used this jacket only very briefly in a short rain shower and it seemed to work well. However, definitely order one size larger than you normally wear. I am size small in everything and the small jacket was tight and very uncomfortable over the lightest jersey. I exchanged it for a medium and that was much better. It does fold up nicely into a small pack.

I live in So. Fla. so the jacket was comfortable and light in the rain, Kept me dry. One suggestion. Would have been nice if they had installed at least on pocket on the side with a zipper.

Days of misty moisty rain handled nicely, and economically.

Even though we had days of endless drizzle (and a few healthy downpours) this jacket performed amazingly well. The perforated outer layer made it cool and comfortable. Paired with some nylon rain pants, I can't imagine you'd ever need anything more. But it is important to handle it carefully: it's some kind of non-woven material that doesn't look like it could handle a lot of abuse. Geet it tangled in your chain, for instance, and it would be toast...shredded toast.
