It's fully padded with closed cell foam and lined with light fabric and features a full wrap water resistant zipper for a full closure. For the size of this bag, it is way overpriced!!! That's not Adventure Cycling's fault. That's on the manufacturer. This should retail for no more than $25 in my opinion. I'm not unhappy with the product, just the value.

Nice bag..holds larger cell phone, wallet, bars, take away left over sandwich, or whatever. Fits my Troll with enough standover for comfort.

Used it on a Fargo on the Maah Daah Hey and had difficulty keeping it upright. Could use hook and loop at the top front to stabilize it. Otherwise, a very handy pouch.
