I just placed an order and need to add/remove items or cancel my order - how do I do this?

It appears your maps are numbered West to East, North to South, etc. - what if I want to ride in the opposite direction?
Although we must choose a direction for sequential numbering, the maps are bi-directional, containing text for both directions on each map panel. The exception is our off-road route maps, which generally have one recommended direction, although many have ridden it opposite with little difficulty.
I'm on the road and need maps - what are my options?
We recommend using USPS Hold for Pickup - this service is designed for this exact purpose. To find an appropriate location, see this page. Choose 'Post Offices' from the Location Type, enter relevant ZIP code or city/state and look for Pickup Hold Mail listed in the On Site Services section of the location's detail page. Be sure to include the line 'General Delivery Hold For Pickup' when entering the shipping address. Please allow 3-5 business days for Priority mail or 1-2 business days for USPS Express.

How do I get member pricing?
Your membership entitles you to a discount on our maps - sign in to My Account at the top right of any page to see member pricing displayed.
I need to make a return or exchange; What is the best way to do this?
Please send to the return address on the parcel - 150 E Pine, Missoula MT 59802 - Please address to Adventure Cycling Returns. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and Closeout items are not eligible for return. We are no longer processing exchanges - please place a new order for the replacement item. The card used for the original purchase will be credited for the product price once received and reviewed. Items must be in resellable condition with all tags & packaging. We cannot accept returns on water bottles or hydration packs.
Up to 60 days for USPS 1st class or international delivery? Does this mean you won't ship right away and the order will definitely take two months to reach me?
We ship all orders within 48 hours during the business week. The 60 day figure quoted reflects the possible range of delivery times. USPS 1st class letters do not allow for tracking or guaranteed delivery time, hence this disclaimer. If you have any concerns about your order reaching you sooner than 2 months, we strongly recommend selecting another shipping method.
