I’m planning a ride that focuses on Civil War and Civil Rights sites in the American South. Beginning in Vicksburg, MS on April 12 (2026) which is the date when the Civil War began in 1861. Finishing in Gettysburg on July 4, for the 250th birthday of the nation and also the date when Vicksburg fell and Lee retreated from Gettysburg in 1863.

I am looking first and foremost for someone willing to drive my van as a support vehicle along the way but also for anyone who would like to join the ride.
