Planning a three-four week trip along Ireland’s beautiful west, southwest and northwest coasts for May/June 2027. Option to continue into Northern Ireland. I’ve cycled all over Eire several times and would like to show it to someone who’s never been there. Going early in the season this time hoping to avoid pre-booking competition for B&Bs. If you’re an intrepid cyclist (M/F 40+) willing to be flexible and freelance finding a bed each night while selecting our daily routes as we go (guided by a Michelin map), I’d like to hear from you. Ireland’s many rural roads tend to be bumpy, the nights cool and the days often with light rain, but its friendly people, gorgeous scenery, good food and beer, trad music in the pubs and ancient history make for a memorable cycle touring adventure.
