Natalie Corbett is a thirty-three-year-old transgender woman from Minnesota. From a young age, her parents instilled a love of the outdoors beginning with camping trips from before she was one. When she first got her hands on a bicycle, she was hooked. It wasn’t long after getting introduced to backcountry trekking that an idea began to percolate that could combine her love of camping with her love of cycling. Only later would she learn that it had a name and a wonderfully vibrant community, Adventure Cycling. You can follow Natalie on her website, Natalie By Bike, or on Instagram.
