Bicycling Pittsburgh to DC on the GAP and C&O canal. I am a 70 y/o male planning self-supported ride with 1 August departure from Point State Park and arriving not later than 8 August in DC/Arlington VA. Expecting 50-60 miles days, camping en route, with possible option for lodging in case of inclement weather. Ride safe!
