I am planning a ride along the pacific coast highway starting mid August 2026 in Vancouver and finishing mid to late September on the Mexican border. My (flexible) plan is to ride on average 50-60 miles per day with limited rest days. Hope to stay mostly with warmshowers. Unsure about camping, depends if others join. I am a 64 year old female with some long distance cycling experience. I rode the Southern Tier last year solo. I also rode the northern tier many, many years ago with a group of 300 and from Key West to Maine on the east coast greenway during the pandemic. I can change a flat, but other than that, have little mechanical bike knowledge. I have a gravel bike that has taken me across the USA, from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi and use it daily to commute for work and errands, with occasional longer rides around New England. I hope to enjoy the experience and dive into the culture with this ride. Would love to have one or two others to ride with. Happy Cycling! Sarah
