I am looking for an experienced gravel-riding partner to join me on the Westfjords Way in Iceland. I plan to fly in to Reykjavik and home (Washington State) from Akureyri (approx 1300km). I will have three weeks to complete which should leave time for hot pool soaks, eating well and sleeping 8 hrs nightly. I will be prepared to camp but will opt to stay in guesthouses or hostels if the weather is too foul. That will be a day to day decision. I am aiming to fly over on our Memorial Day week and stay for first 2.5 weeks of June, 2027.
I am a 57 yo female with the appropriate gear and riding experience. Serious responses only please.
