Hi adventurers! I’m out touring. Now in Erie, PA after coming up the Atlantic Coast from Virginia Beach, VA. I’m new to bike-packing, but really just combined my two former loves: backpacking and road cycling. After several hundred miles into my first tour, I’m having the best time! Thanks in large part to the touring community and ACA maps.

Next I loosely plan to go to Akron, Columbus, Indy, St. Louis, and down to Cape Girardeau to begin the Golden Gravel trail WB. I don’t have a timeline or destination and plan to be out almost indefinitely – winter in the west/ southwest. I am a guy, 48 years old, and did okay enough that I don’t need to work anymore. If you have that kind of time, join me for as long as you like. 🙂
