Members are the heart of Adventure Cycling Association.

Adventure Cycling Association's mission is to inspire and empower people to travel by bicycle. We are the largest nonprofit membership bicycling organization in North America with 46,500 members.

We depend on dedicated cyclists to continue programs such as expanding the Adventure Cycling Route Network, keeping our online resources up to date, maintaining our education and outreach efforts, and building an official U.S. Bicycle Route System.

Individual Life Membership or Joint Life Membership costs $1,500 and $2,000 respectively. Note: Life memberships have a payment plan option.

Tax Information

Adventure Cycling Association is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. Each payment of individual or family membership dues, over $14 per year, is tax-deductible. For a life membership, the whole amount minus $328 (individual) and $493 (joint) is tax-deductible in the year it was paid. All donations are tax-deductible.
