Ride Description

In-person day ride departing from O'Dell Weekes Recreation Center, riding on roads approximately 20 miles to Aiken State Park and returning on a slightly different route. Mostly flat ride with some short, mild climbs. Roads are mostly very quiet. East Pine Log Road can have some traffic but there is a bike path to avoid that. Hwy 302has light traffic that is faster (55mph) but has a good shoulder. Plan to ride at about 15mph and take a snack break in the State Park. State park has a $3 admission. There are restrooms there.
