Save the dates for Bike Travel Weekend, June 4 – 6, 2021, and Bike Your Park Day, September 25, 2021.
A mix of gravel and road, the group will start in Port Angeles and ride on the Olympic Discovery Trail to the end of the Olympic Adventure Trail and back. The route is an even mix of pavement, buff dirt, and gravel (depending on conditions). The members will drive to a ferry and get on the bikes for a socially distanced meetup and ride, camping either along the O.A.T. or at the Fairholme Campground. For many in the group, it will be a first time overnight trip and first time multisurface trip for others.
No permits are required, but Fairholme Campground requires $20 if we make it to the end.
Registration for this event is currently closed. Check back soon for the launch of Bicycle Travel Weekend for 2021!
