In and around Acadia National Park

Start Location
Acadia National Park Carriage roads and Cadillac Mountain. Since the ANP campgrounds are not open this year, I'll be staying a Lamoine State Park.

Ride Description

This will be an in-person ride. Friday will arrive at Lamoine State Park in Trenton, Maine. (note: cannot make reservations at Maine State Parks for after Sept. 15, but park generally stay open until Indigenous Persons Day - camping on Bike Travel weekend will be first come/first served. May have to change camping arrangements, if park is full.). Friday will ride around Schoodic Peninsula in ANP - a combination of dirt and paved/ on road and off road.

Saturday will be on the carriage roads. dirt "roads", no motor vehicles. +/- 25 miles and 1600 feet of climbing. The most difficult climb will be from the Hull's Cove parking lot to the Carriage Roads.

I will not be riding here on Sunday - Change of plans.

Others can join Saturday. Arriving Hull's Cove lot at 10 AM Saturday - on trail at 10:30.
