Ride Description

On Saturday

Our ride will start at the Sacramento State Aquatic Center. We will ride East on the American River Bike Trail. Kids and non-rider can stay and swim or play in the park. We will have a quick stop at the Nimbus fish hatchery for sight seeing. At mile 11ish we can stop at William B pond for water and a potty break. We will continue on to Discovery Park where we will have lunch and a breather. Kids can swim and play in the park. After everyone is rested, we will return to the Aquatic Center via the same bike trail.

The trail is flat and paved, but can be busy on the weekends, Pace will be leasure to accomadate the kids. We live local so overnight camping is at home.

On Sunday

We will meet/start at the Aquitic Center and ride the bike trail at brisk pace to Beals Point in Folsom. Due to quick pace a mild hills, kids will play in park until our return. BarBQ in park after the ride.
