If you don’t want to wear Lycra and aren’t riding hundreds of miles, Canari Gel Liners are awesome! As the director of the Sales Department and an employee of Adventure Cycling for over 20 years, I have had the opportunity to test a lot of shorts and liners and this pair from Canari are my all-time favorites.
Commuting to work? Throw them on under your work clothes and they’ll keep your bottom happy as you ride around town. Going on a short ride and don’t want to wear Lycra? These gel liners are the answer. At first the padding felt a bit bulky after wearing bike shorts, but these are much more comfortable for the shorter term riding you might do. I commute seven miles to work and I don’t like to leave home without them. These liners work really well under skirts, loose shorts, or pants. I absolutely love them and hope you will too! Order a pair today!

I am actually thinking about using my bike to ride around at my workplace (at least around the outside of it) so I could use a good padded liner. Thanks for the review, I think I might give these a try!
