Did you know registering for National Bike Travel Weekend is free AND when you sign up, you’re entered to win an Adventure Cycling 40th anniversary Salsa Marrakesh touring bicycle? We’ll also send you National Bike Travel Weekend stickers and an Adventure Cycling keychain. Register by May 16 to be entered in this drawing.
Visit BikeTravelWeekend.org to fill out a simple registration form with information like start location, mileage, overnight location(s), group size, and route. You will also be asked if you want to make your trip open to others, or if you’d rather just go solo or with friends.
Even if you don’t know all of the details about your National Bike Travel Weekend trip, enter what you do know now. The online system allows you to edit your trip details later.
National Bike Travel Weekend trips can be solo trips, trips with just your family or friends, or they can be with big groups, like your bike club, touring company, or your meet-up group. They can be one or two nights or even part of a longer trip. You can stay overnight in a rustic campground or cabin. Or you can sleep in a fancy hotel, a bed and breakfast, or even a friend’s house or Warm Showers host.
It’s your trip and you’re free to design it as your own. Just be sure to register before May 16 or you’ll miss your chance to win a new touring bicycle.

PM # 40798037 We wanted to add our names to your goal of reaching 10,000 trips in 50 states. We live in Halifax Nova Scotia and were going to travel to Maine to do our 3-5th trip. It looks like we have to babysit our grandchild on the 3rd so it may be tight for us to go to Maine in time to do this maybe on the 4th and 5th. Does it count if we do a trip and camp in Nova Scotia. We may yet be able to do it as this is not confirmed re our babysitting so I will register anyway. albert
Yes, it counts! I hope you will register your trip!
LOVE biking in South Florida. We go as much as we can!!
