It's Time for Our Annual Member Survey!

February 7, 2018

WE want to hear from YOU!

It’s that time of year again. Our 11th Annual Member Survey is now live and we really want to hear about your experience with us. If you are currently an Adventure Cycling member, you should have received an email inviting you to take the 2018 Annual Member Survey. If you haven’t received that email, not to worry! You can take the survey online now until February 28.

Take the 2018 Annual Member Survey here

We’d love to hear what you think, so please take 10 to 15 minutes of your time tell us about your experience as a member! Fill out this survey, let us know what you’ve enjoyed and how we can better serve you in the future. The feedback garnered is invaluable as we look toward the future of Adventure Cycling and determine how to best meet the needs of our members and others interested in bicycle travel. Click here to read about survey results from 2017.

I could not find anywhere to leave map corrections so I am leaving it here. Section 7 of Atlantic Coast is dysfunctional! Specifically the route from Miami to Key West. There are at least 20 areas where you locate the trail as the wrong side of the highway. Many other spots where there is no trail and you say there is and the reverse of that. Also at the South end Roosevelt Blvd. does not meet Reynolds. St!

Survey issues:

1. Took me five minutes to figure out that I had to log in. The magazine reference should have said, "log in and visit...".

2. Took another five minutes to find Take The Annual Survey icon, down at the bottom of my profile page.

3. It tries to open the 2016 survey, which of course is closed.

Given the comment above, check my email too. I changed it last year. Hint: I'll bet that the referential integrity checks in your database missed something when I changed my email.

Sorry if I'm coming across cranky, but I worked in IT and have little patience for changes not being design-reviewed or thoroughly tested.

Sent in membership (family) a couple weeks ago and have not received any acknowledgement. Please advise.

Hello Mark,

Thank you for contacting us. I had our membership staff look you up in our database, and apparently the email that we have for you is not working. Could you please email membership@adventurecycling.org and we'll get this fixed right away. We apologize for the inconvenience.
