Capital Brewing to Devil's Lake

Name of Park or Public Land:
Devil's Lake State Park

Number of participants:
10

Ride Description:

Mapmyride route can be found here: https://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/2632318942

Leisurely-paced ride through hilly terrain out to Devil's Lake State Park, where we can experience the first weekend of Autumn and the changing colors that it brings!

What you need to know:

*The route is almost all on maintained pavement (90-100% paved). 35c tires should be more than adequate for this ride.

*There are a few punchy hills up north, but nothing requiring us to push our bikes. Pace will be conversational. Moderate bike fitness is more than enough!

*We will always be near (and passing through) towns. Ample food and water resupply options.

*Leave No Trace - https://www.wilderness.org/articles/article/leave-no-trace

*Be self sufficient (make sure you carry enough water, food, and weather-appropriate gear). We will be camping outdoors under the sky.

*There are facilities at the South Bluff where we will be camping, so no need for a trowel or carrying your own TP.

Mileage: 80
