First, a three-mile rolling loop on the Park's auto/bike tour road. It includes several stops to read historical plaques and walk around.
Afterwards, choose between 10– and 20–mile options. The 10–mile ride is gentle and flat, five miles out and then return. The 20–mile option is a rolling loop, crossing Sweetwater Creek.
All rides are on paved asphalt roads and quiet.
A 3–mile walking nature trail covers the entire battlefield.
The Park is part of the Piedmont Plateau Birding Trail.
The Park is free admission. The Visitors Center includes displays, a short movie describing the battle of Horseshoe Bend, a small bookstore, and restrooms.
