Ride Description:

We will have a leisurely ~20 mile ride on the Gainesville-Hawthorne State Trail and CR 234 (all paved, but a bit bumpy on 234) to make our way into Micanopy. From there, we will stop at Lake Wauberg for some socializing, swimming, and picnicking before we check-in to our campsites at Paynes Prairie. The next day, we will head into downtown Micanopy to get some coffee and pastries at Mosswood Farm Store. We will have the option to ride to the Paynes Prairie visitor center to check out the park more before we ride back into Gainesville the same way we came out.

I have reserved 2 campsites for people who are interested in camping. Please register ASAP so I can try to accommodate all of us! There is a $2 fee to enter the park. I have paid the campsite fees and we will split the cost once everyone is registered.
