Join us on the Empire State Trail for a bike ride as part of the Hudson River Valley Ramble. The ride will be largely on paved off-road bike path from Albany along the banks of the Hudson River up to Peebles Island State Park in Cohoes. At the park, we will be led on a short hike by members of the Friends of Peebles Island State Park and will be led on a tour of the park which is rich in history. Following lunch (not provided) we will return by bike to Albany.
