As part of Adventure Cycling's global effort, Maumee Valley Adventurers is organizing multiple bike routes that all lead to the Springbrook Campground in Oak Openings Metropark. Choose a route that works best for you, each led by an experienced tour leader, and join up to twenty-four other enthusiasts as we take over the group camping site at Springbrook. This event is for novice to experienced bicycle tourists. Note that helmets are required for all MVA bike rides.
STARTING LOCATIONS FROM THE SOUTH - Led by Nancy Beeman
Maumee 11:30 A.M. - Meet at the parking lot behind the Maumee Police Dept at 109 E Dudly at 11:30. The parking lot access is behind the PD, o? John St. You can leave your vehicle there for one night. We will ride 15 miles to Whitehouse to pick up more riders.
Whitehouse 1:00 P.M. - Meet at the Wabash Cannonball Trailhead in Whitehouse at 1:00. You can leave your vehicle parked there for one night on Toledo or St. Louis Avenue. From there, the group will ride 30 mi in to Springbrook Camp sites. We will return via similar route.

STARTING LOCATIONS FROM THE NORTH - Led by Keith Webb
Sylvania Township 1:30 P.M. - Meet at Lowe's parking on Central Avenue. You can leave you vehicle parked there for one night. The group will ride 6 miles to Secor Park and pick up more riders.
Secor Park 2:15 P.M. - Riders starting at Secor may leave vehicles parked for one night at the Visitor Center's lot. From there the group will ride 15 miles to Springbrook Camp site.

RIDE YOUR OWN ROUTE
Riders who do not want to share the road with vehicles may opt to park in the Springbrook Campsite Parking Lot located about .25 mile east of Hwy 64 on Monclova Rd. You May leave your vehicle parked here overnight. You will have to ride a short distance on the road to get down to the bike path. There will be no leader for this ride. You may choose your own distance.
You can also opt to ride in to the campground on your own, arriving anytime after 3:00 P.M.
CAMPSITE INFORMATION
Springbrook Campground is a rustic campground with a vault toilet, a hand pump for washing, picnic tables and grills. There are no showers. Check in time is after 3:00 P.M. There are five (5) group camp
