A small piece of the Bay ARea Ridge Trail. Parked the car at the Marin Museum of Bicycling and Mountain Biking Hall of Fame. Rode out of Fairfax mostly on roads until we hit the Samuel P. Taylor Park - rode through the park via the Cross Marin Trail. The trail ends at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard - continued to Olema. Camped at Olema campground. Day 2 - coffee at camp, then back up Sir Francis Drake Boulevard to the Bolinas Ridge Trail. Bolinas Ridge Trail is a combination of dirt road, double track, and single track - almost all rideable - definitely all beautiful. Off the trail onto Fairfax Bolinas Road. Several fire road offshoots as options - down into the Mt Tam Watershed, climb back out - continue on the road back into Fairfax. Quick bite and pint at Split Rock then a fabulous tour at the Marin Museum of Bicycling with Joe Breeze! Soo much fun! a perfect, romantic getaway for two:)
