Thank you for being part of an amazing weekend of bike travel! Bike Travel Weekend included over 700 trips with more than 5,600 participants in 50 U. S. states, 6 Canadian provinces, and 11 countries! It was a success because of YOU. We also want to give a shout-out to the Bike Travel Weekend volunteers who offered guidance to participants and helped promote Bike Travel Weekend.

Save the date for next year’s adventure!! We are already looking ahead to June 3 – 5, 2022 for the next Bike Travel Weekend!
Chris and I will be leaving Portsmouth NH on Saturday Morning. We plan to ride to a local train station and ride the Downeaster to Saco. Then we will ride on the ECG south to Wells Maine and overnight in a Pop up camper at my father's place in Wells Maine. ( 28 ish miles). There will be beer. And there is room for another couple with a tent ( if vaccinated) On Sunday we will ride south to Portsmouth NH. 27 easy miles. We see the world at 11 miles an hour.
This is a relatively easy ride and usually takes us about 3 hours. We ride touring bikes and have no plans to set any speed records. . We are staying 1 mile from the beach. So if you'd like to hear more, let me know
