Universal mounting, the panniers are constructed from a waterproof polyester fabric, with a lid closure and the QL1 mounting system which fits racks up to 16mm. The QL1 mounting system is reliable and easy to use; the panniers can be removed from the racks by simply lifting up on the short carrying strap, yet they'll stay in place on rough roads and trails. Handles attached to the bags allow for easy carrying and the 3M Scotchlite reflectors add increased visiblilty. Panniers can be attached / used front or rear. Height: 15.7"/ 40cm. Sunyellow.

I use these sturdy panniers as my rear rack set. Very easy to attach & remove. They hold more than one might think and they really are waterproof. Worth the investment. Only (minor) gripe I have is that it was initially confusing to me to figure out how to adjust the bottom clip with only pictures to go by and no word instructions to clarify. The pictures didn't seem to indicate very well that the adjustment required a biketool Allen wrench.

Pittsburgh to DC through the forest - Awesome. Fit and ride, no problem. Ease in and out, no problem. Easy on and easy off, no problem. Capacity had to do laundry every 3rd day. But, old habits are hard to break. I still line bags with plastic. One day was rain all day and nothing got wet. Next warm Florida rain will test the waterproofness. Still, highly recommended.
