I've been riding with a Terry Liberator X for 17 years and will keep doing so as long as they keep manufacturing them! I have one on each of my two bikes; due to wear and tear I replace maybe once a decade. I agree with the reviewer who advises you to know the width between your sit-bones. They mention using a tool carried by Trek dealers; you can also do this by lying on your back and bringing your knees to your chest. Feel for your sit bones and use a measuring tape to measure the distance between them. You want the widest part of your saddle to be wide enough for your sitbones to actually rest on-- otherwise you'll be resting your weight on soft tissue! Ouch! The 6.5" width of the Liberator is the right distance for me; many saddles are significantly narrower than this. May you find the right saddle for you, and have many happy miles!
