Worked really well on a rough backcountry trail for a week

The Sweet Roll is versatile in many ways. On my first extended use, I carried many things in it on my full suspension bike from Purgatory to Moab, using the San Juan Huts System ride. Some days, it was light and compacted and other days I had it packed fully. I was even able to include my three panel solar charging unit safely in the outside flap.
Also, I've used this on day trips here in Alaska on singletrack mountain bike rides for trails with lots of rocks and steep climbs. The weight in front helps to maintain that balance when in tricky terrain. Keeping the most important items at the ends to unroll and get to them quickly is a handy feature. Only when I have it loaded a lot do I feel some wobble as I steer.

If you keep the load in these light, they work well, very stable, quick access
