Simple Velcro loops and buckles that match the male and female on the pocket. Lets you mount either Pocket directly to the handle bar or carry a drybag or stuff sack. You’ll automatically receive a pair if you are buying both a Sling and Pocket combo; not needed with a Harness. Sold as a pair.

Works very well. I did get the extra bar clips and that allowed me to mount the bag a little higher clearing the front tire better.
