My journey across America in 2019 included this map case. I trust electronic mapping like an ex, so I always have a paper map with me (just in case). This case was wonderful for my trip and worth every penny. Bombproof comes to mind. Seals out water, dust, you name it. Granted, after 2 years of use, it started to become yellowish (as all plastics do when exposed to prolong sunlight) and the cost for a new one was a no brainer. Used by many serious touring cyclist, it's practical, functional and worth the cost. No regrets! If it can help an old geezer like me across America, it wouldn't fail you.

I used this case for the entire 4,230 mile Trans Am. It went through all types of weather: snow, hail, sleet, rain. It is really good. The Velcro endured the whole trip. Waterproof in the worst of rain. I loved it.

This mapcase is waterproof and the maps are easy to read on top of my ortlieb handlebar bag.
Excellent and handles going down hill fast very well.

I like to go downhill fast. Probably faster than I should. The case works very well at speed. In a recent supported ride I had a need for sag support and it even handled being on a support vehicle driving at highway speeds. It also handles rain well.
A must for touring....

The case works great and snaps on the handlebar bag for easy access. The ACA maps work good in the case.
