best for mountain biking in forest
Bonnie on 7/18/17
I really enjoy these glasses in while mountain biking in the forest. I can clearly see into the shadows and that is truly a wonderful thing. But otherwise--not so much.
I have 2 concerns. 1. The tinting does not get dark enough for my 55-year old eyes. I live in the Sierra, a place with intense sunshine, so I get a head ache from wearing them on a road ride during the middle of the day.
2. The venting means air flow past my eyeballs, so at higher speeds, I get irritated eyes.

Just spent 4 days in full range of weather wearing my new shades and must say they are worth it. Cyclosource catalog could add that these are UVA/UVB protected - that keeps me from getting eye strain/headaches while wearing them. Lenses change color quickly and when at their darkest they still appear almost clear to me. This is great when pedaling in and out of bright light and deep, dark shade. Air vent feature was wonderful for minimizing fogging up, even in wicked heat and humidity. One pair does it all. I'm happy.
