Aimee Hughes is a Kansas City–based writer and all-weather bike commuter. Her work as appeared in The South China Morning Post, Transitions Abroad, Dance Spirit, The Traveller (UK), Go World Travel, The Kansas City Star, and others. She’s authored two books: The Sexy Vegan Kitchen: Culinary Adventures in Love and Sex, and Yoga and Intuition: Teaching from the Heart. The next book in progress is a coming-of-age memoir about her time in New Orleans and Paris.
