This position will transition to a work study position at the start of the school year, so this position is particularly ideal for someone who will have work study next year.
Assists Member Services staff to maintain workflow including preparing and processing packets, and performing administrative and special functions as needed. Other duties may be assigned if schedule and skill level allow.
These will be assigned based on organizational need and skills and abilities of employee.

Ability to apply common sense in carrying out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Good organizational skills, basic computer skills, basic math skills, good team player, desire to work in a fun, social environment. Interest in cycling a plus.
15-20 hours per week, flexible within a M-F, 8-5 schedule.
This position is not a remote position. The candidate will work in the Adventure Cycling Association’s office at 150 E. Pine St, Missoula, MT. We are taking full Covid precautions, with a very reduced staff in the office.
