Adventure Cycling Association seeks a creative, well-organized, and detail-oriented person to fill the role of Graphic Designer. This is an opportunity for a talented creative join a motivated team in telling the visual story of bicycle travel in print and digital mediums. The ideal candidate will be a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment, meets deadlines, and works well under pressure. The candidate will ideally have previous experience in graphic design as well as an enthusiasm for cycling and bicycle travel. The position is based at Adventure Cycling’s headquarters in beautiful and bike-friendly Missoula, Montana.
The Graphic Designer will work with the Art Director and the Design and Media team, and collaborate directly with other departments, to create and design a variety of publications, printed materials and web graphics.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field from four-year college, university or art/design school; or 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training in graphic design: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Of course, attention will be paid to candidate’s bicycling experience and their ability to bring humor and good spirits to the job and the workplace.
The position will be competitively compensated in the Northern Rockies region.
