Regional Gathering in Monterey, CA

Adventure Cycling Executive Director Jim Sayer will be in Monterey in April for the Bicycle Leadership Conference. While he's there, Adventure Cycling member Bob Evans has graciously offered to host a gathering at his Monterey home for Adventure Cycling supporters.

We would like to invite you to join Jim and fellow Adventure Cycling members on Monday, April 11, from 5:30 to 7:30pm.

Jim will do a short presentation on the latest in national (and global) bike travel news, including: Adventure Cycling’s 40th anniversary events this year, including National Bike Travel Weekend, the Montana Bicycle Celebration, Bike Your Park Day, new bike routes all over North America, bike overnights, the U.S. Bicycle Route System, partnerships with Amtrak and the National Park Service to promote cycling, national and state advocacy efforts, and more!

What: Enjoy light refreshments, meet kindred cycling spirits, and learn the latest about bike travel and cycling in North America.
Where: The home of Bob Evans, 781 Terry St., Monterey, CA 93940
When: Monday, April 11, 5:30pm to 7:30pm
RSVP:info@adventurecycling.org

On-street parking is available. The neighborhood is fairly dense so car pooling would be appreciated! Please RSVP by Wednesday, April 6 so we can have a head count.

We look forward to seeing you in Monterey!
