Bike Travel Event in Ithaca, NY

Join the Finger Lakes Cycling Club (FLCC) and Adventure Cycling Association for a special annual gathering at the Cinemapolis (at 120 E. Green Street) in downtown Ithaca on Tuesday, January 27, with a presentation by Adventure Cycling’s executive director Jim Sayer. Enjoy food and drinks, meet kindred cycling spirits, and learn the latest about bike travel and cycling in North America — including the brand new Bicycle Route 66 and very popular Idaho Hot Springs Mountain Bike Route, upcoming routes like Chicago to New York and Texas Hill Country, the official U.S. Bicycle Route System, bike overnights, and national advocacy, (including partnerships for better biking with Amtrak and the National Park Service), and view some beautiful imagery of bike travel from around the planet.

When: Tuesday, January 27, 6:00-9:00 pm

Where: Cinemapolis, 120 E. Green St, in downtown Ithaca, NY. FLCC has reserved the large theater for the slide presentations and for food. The club will provide pizza, salad, soft drinks, and a dessert. No charge for FLCC members and their families; donations graciously accepted from all others to help cover food costs.
