Adventure Cycling in Anchorage on September 18 -- RSVP Today

Join Adventure Cycling Association and Bike Anchorage for a special regional gathering at REI Coop near downtown Anchorage on Sunday, September 18 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Adventure Cycling director Jim Sayer will be on hand to talk about the latest in national (and global) bike travel news, including: cool new bike routes all over North America (such as the new Bicycle Route 66 and Texas Hill Country loop and the forthcoming Chicago-NYC route), bike overnights, the U.S. Bicycle Route System, partnerships with Amtrak and the National Park Service to promote cycling, national and state advocacy efforts, and the first-ever Bike Your Park Day (on September 24). You’ll also enjoy some local updates and beautiful imagery of bike adventures from around the planet. There will be refreshments and a chance to hob-nob with Jim and other folks interested in bike travel. Please join us and bring a friend!
