Montana Bicycle Celebration

Plan your summer vacation to land in Missoula, July 15–17, 2016, for a jam-packed weekend for bicycle enthusiasts of all ages. Register for bike rides on the Bitterroot Trail, a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a key missing section of the Bitterroot Trail at Travelers' Rest State Park, a bicycle expo at Silver Park, and parties with cellist and bike advocate Ben Sollee and bike traveler and musician Mark Baker, art, film, and acclaimed speakers Erick Cedeño (The Bicycle Nomad), 2016 Trans Am Race winner Lael Wilcox and her partner Nicholas Carman, storyteller Willie WeirLaura Crawford & Russ Roca with The Path Less Pedaled, and Bikecentennial co-founders Greg & June Siple and Dan & Lys Burden. Sunday Streets Missoula and BIKEapalooza, a community bike ride, will round out the celebratory weekend.

Consider extending your trip by signing up for an Adventure Cycling tour that starts or ends in the Missoula area or plan a do-it-yourself adventure using Adventure Cycling maps.

Make 2016 your year for bike travel adventure!
