How to use the Search feature of the store:
Enter the online store. Choose Search the store; enter in the item number, for example, "BC-15," "IS-175," etc. Or enter in a general category, such as "jersey", "shorts", or  "panniers". Or enter in the manufacturer, such as Cannondale, Arkel, etc. The store will pull up the items that include these options and you can choose the one you need.

How to get member pricing on the maps:
If you are a current member of Adventure Cycling Assocition when you are placing your order, choose the map section(s) you would like to order and in the option labeled Choose One you will choose the member price. If you are not a current member and want to receive member prices on maps, you will need to become a member first. In the online store, choose Memberships and then order your membership prior to ordering your maps. After becoming a member, choose the member price for the maps you need.

Special offers / Coupons:
Adventure Cycling sends out special coded offers. If you have received a code, go to the online store and shop as usual. At the checkout, you are given the opportunity to put in your code. The program will automatically calculate the service listed in the offer.

Notification of your order:
It is our policy to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it in our office during office hours. The online store is on 24/7, and our office is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday-Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays. If you have given us an email address  you will receive a confirmation message that your order was received, and then another one once the order has been processed and shipped.  The following information will be included: member or client number, order number and amount, status of product (shipped or back-ordered), and type of shipping that will be used.

How your order will be shipped and how long will it take:
USPS First Class: 5 - 10 days; USPS Priority: 3 - 5 days; USPS Express: 1 - 2 days; UPS Ground: 3 - 7 days; UPS 3-Day: 3 days; UPS 2-Day: 2 days; UPS Next Day: 1 day

Foreign orders are mailed using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and will take from five to 20 days to receive. Maps are shipped using Global Priority, and International Air is used for larger packages. Customers must pay all duties, taxes, or customs fees.

What to do if you need your order immediately:
The most efficient way to be sure to get the immediate shipping you require is to call us toll-free at 800-721-8719 and speak to one of our Member Services staff. That person can process your order and get you the cost for second- or next-day service. If you are placing an order during nonbusiness hours, it's best to order here in the online store and in the comments section let us know that you will need second- or next-day service. The Member Services Department will calculate the additional shipping cost and get your order out the same day that we receive it.

Returns and exchanges:
If you find it necessary to return an item, please package it carefully and ship it fully insured to: Adventure Cycling Returns, 150 East Pine St., Missoula, MT 59802-4515. Use the back of your order form to tell us why you are returning your purchase and indicate if you would like a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.

Adventure Cycling Association's guarantee:
We guarantee everything we sell to give you complete satisfaction. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it, refund your money, or credit your charge card.
