This Wednesday is the spring meeting for approval of U.S. Bicycle Route designations! Today we'll be exploring the anticipated USBR designations in the coastal states — Washington State, DC, and our surprise state, Massachusetts.
We field lots of questions here in the Tours department. Recently I responded to one that came in by email and it made me smile. A member with very young children asked if Adventure Cycling had tours that family members who don't ride bicycles could participate in. He was finding it impossible to justify a ride solely for himself, away from his family.
Everyone who donates to support the U.S. Bicycle Route System by Tuesday, May 27, at 5:30 pm MST will be entered to win a Bike 2 Power smartphone mount for their bicycle and anyone who donates $25 or more today will be entered to win a spot on a Danube Bike Path 7-day bike tour.
