ASIA

Burma - Early 2010   created: 11/09/2009
Any one month in early 2010 will do. About 1,000 miles, from Myitkyna, near China, south along the Irrawaddy River down to Rangoon. Easy pace, cheap trip, river boats for breaks, villages for staying. I know Burma pretty well. Nights are free (invited in) or $5 to $10 for good places, so little camping. Not for speedsters, complainers, over-planners, or worriers. I'm a 52-year-old male with over 7,000 miles of touring experience, and I've seen every group-trip mistake in the book - and we don't repeat them. If interested call (518) 610-3761 or
