If an item is back-ordered on the email confirmation or on the packing slip/invoice you receive, please know that we have already reordered these items and expect to ship within 30 days or less. However, we are subject to manufacturers’ availability and not all products will be in stock at all times.
If you still want these back-ordered items, you need to do nothing. Unless we hear from you prior to shipment, it will be assumed that you have consented to this delay.
If you have paid with a credit card, your card will not be charged for the merchandise until we ship the back-ordered items. If you’ve paid with a check or money order, your original form of payment will be tendered at time of submission and no additional action is necessary.
If you would like to be contacted prior to shipment or cancel the back-ordered items, call us at 1-800-721-8719 8AM - 5PM, Mountain Time, Monday - Friday, or email us at email@example.com. Please be prepared to tell us your customer ID or order number, name, and mailing address.
For back-ordered maps, PDFs of the map(s) in question will be attached to the "order processed" email for online orders or emailed after the initial order confirmation for phone/mail orders.
